JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of experience to craft visually engaging, user-friendly digital experiences. The role involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to convert ideas into intuitive designs for web and mobile platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Design modern, consistent, and responsive user interfaces and graphics.
- Conduct basic user research and usability testing to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and seamless design implementation.
- Develop visual assets such as banners, icons, and creatives aligned with brand guidelines.
- Ensure pixel-perfect designs and maintain consistency across platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX, graphic design trends, tools, and best practices.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Graphic and UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web, mobile UI/UX, and graphic design work.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Good understanding of user-centered design, visual hierarchy, and responsive design.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end concepts is a plus.
- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
