- Improve / Update the content of the existing project.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Modeler with hands-on experience in creating 3D assets and animation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Blender, character and prop modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation, and be capable of delivering high-quality assets for Unity-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 3D modeling (low-to-high poly, optimized for games/animation). 
2. Rigging characters/objects with clean, animator-friendly controls (e.g., bones, IK/FK, deformers). 
3. Animation (cycles, walk/run, facial, props—smooth and believable). 
4. Texturing with Substance Painter (PBR materials, UDIMs, procedural workflows).
5. Final bakes/renders in Marmoset Toolbag (AO, normals, curvature).

Required Skills & Tools:

1. 1–3 years of professional experience as a Unity Designer / 3D Designer.
2. Expert in Blender (4.0+ preferred) for all modeling/rigging/animation.
3.  Proficiency in Substance Painter for texturing.
4.  Experience with Marmoset Toolbag for baking/rendering.
